Bookings
If you would like to make a booking please contact us and let us know the dates you would like to stay. We will then confirm the dates with you and when your deposit is received a receipt will be sent to you to confirm your booking.
Terms & Conditions
Reservations cannot be confirmed until 50% payment of total booking has been received either by money order or cheque. For a single night stay, full payment is required to secure your booking. Where travel plans need to be rearranged, we will make every effort to reschedule reservations rather than cancel bookings, but this may not be always possible. Please be aware that cancellation fees will apply.
Cancellation Fees
- If cancellation takes place within 21 or more days prior to check-in date, a cancellation fee of 10% of deposit will apply.
- If cancellation takes place from 10 to 21 days prior to check-in date, a fee of 25% of deposit will apply.
- If cancellation takes place within 7 days of check-in date, a fee of 100% of deposit will apply.
Check-In Time
Between 2 pm and 4 pm. If arriving late, please call and let us know.
Check-Out Time
9.30 am
We reserve the right to cancel a booking and re-sell accommodation if check-in has not taken place by 6 pm and you have not notified us by 6 pm of your late arrival.
